Happy 6th Birthday Kaitlyn!

My sweet little girl turned 6 today! Sometimes she acts like she's 16, with her little attitude, and the way she is picky about her clothes and hair already....but most of the time she's my sweet little girl.  She's my helper girl. She loves to help me clean things or do dishes, cook, and sort laundry.  She's an easy-going child who can entertain herself for hours if she has too, but prefers to have a playmate.  She's an athletic little monkey who loves to climb, swing and ride her bike.  She loves to play with boys or girls, likes to play dress up or Barbies with the girls, but can get down and dirty and dig for worms with the boys!  She's a tough little chick, but has a sensitive side too.  We just love her so much!

We  celebrated her birthday with just the four of us today since we had to cancel her party due to a lot of freakin snow inclement weather conditions.  She did, however get to have a handful of girlfriends over last night to have a Tinkerbell pajama party. And today we had fun in the snow, I made her favorite dinner, tacos, and we watched a movie of her choice. Here are some pictures of the festivities.
