4th of July!

Happy 4th, 6th of July!  Yep, I'm a bit late posting this one too!
  We started our 4th of July festivities Sunday with a pool party at my in-laws, followed by our annual neighborhood 4th of July gathering, complete with lots of snacks,marshmallow roasting, sparklers, glow sticks and of course,  fireworks...and something else that is becoming a tradition....a diet soda explosion!

It's always a great time with our neighbors!

We kept it low key on Monday and just chilled out during the day, got in a little more pool time at my in-laws, came home and had turkey burgers on the grill, and had my family over for desert in the evening.

More sparklers!

My brother and his family joined us to watch the big fireworks in town.  My neighbors let us in on a great little spot to watch them from without dealing with the traffic or crowds!
