In my Cookie Jar: Easy Spice Cookies

Remember the easy Cake Mix Lemon Cookies I shared with you a while back.  I figured I could experiment with that a little.  Why not try it with different flavor mixes?
Spice Cake fits the season and my Mom has always made it with just a simple powdered sugar topping, so it should work out great with this recipe.
I was right!

You can check the lemon cookie post to see exactly how I make them, but basically all you need is a spice cake mix, 8oz. of Cool Whip, thawed, 1 egg, and powdered sugar to coat them. They turn out a bit crisp on the outside and light and cake-like on the inside. The kids loved them too!
