Today was a beautifully warm, fun, busy day! We started out by dyeing our easter eggs.
Then we headed to the Library, which was closed, (Good Friday, duh!) Then we headed to the local piggy farm, as we have always called it, for the first time this season. There are usually lots of baby pigs born this time of year so we were hoping to see some babies. Instead, we saw not one pig. Not sure where they were keeping them, but the kids enjoyed seeing all the other animals. We met up with My cousin and her kids there.
Colby trying to get a closer look at the goat.
Then, we headed down the road to a farm market where there are some more animals to see.
The kids got to feed the pot-bellied pigs, chickens and goats!
After that I took the kids to BK for lunch and they enjoyed playing in the outdoor play yard. Then a stop at the store to get Nathan some shorts, that aren't short (That boy is sure growing!) Then home, and the kids spent till dinnertime outside playing with their friends!
I am wiped out and the kids are too. Took them no time at all to fall asleep. My turn! ZZZZZZzzzzzz........g`night y'all!
