Yay for Mondays!

Since Norm is off on Mondays, we've been taking some day trips to different places. We do not get much opportunity to go places once school starts because he works Saturdays and we are in church for half of the day Sunday. Not that Sunday is a day meant for us anyway. I really cherish these Mondays when we can spend the day together as a family making memories. Today we went to Strasburg Railroad. We had a nice train ride there on one of the open-air cars, and then we headed to Kitchen Kettle Village. We ended the day by celebrating Norms upcoming birthday (Thurs.) at Texas Roadhouse. What a fun, great, day! The kids got to decorate and eat their own gingerbread cookie at the Jam and Relish Kitchen. And they fed the animals at the children's petting farm.
