What's for dinner? Really good chicken

I found this marinade recipe here through Pintrest
It was called "Mom's top secret chicken marinade"

Marinading is such an easy way to try new flavors.  This sounded different so I decided to give it a try!

The ingredients for the marinade are:
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/2 tsp horseradish
1 (12oz) can of lemon-lime soda
1/4 cup vegetable oil

I use chicken tenders and marinaded them for 8 hours, then grilled them over medium heat, 6 minutes per side.

This was really tender chicken with good flavor, although for being a "top secret" recipe, it didn't blow me away.  But it was very good and everyone liked it.  Anything new that my kids really like, is a keeper!  Don't be afraid of the horseradish, I didn't even taste it! It can also be used for pork.
